More New Wave

This set of four posters are in response to each of the French New Wave films which were shown in the cinema at uni.  The films were; Hiroshima Mon Amour, Ascenseur pour L'echafaud, La Nuit Americaine and Paris Nous Appartient.

They're roughly A2 size and I painted them with the usual gouache and used hand made stamps.

French New Wave

I did this poster for Peninsula Arts, to advertise a series of French New Wave films.  I used gouache and stamps and am pretty pleased with the end result.  They were printed out as big as A0, which is nice.
